I'm driven to create sensory-rich, inclusive and accessible experiences that explore how we belong, guided by a deep understanding and respect for diverse perspectives in a kind, and safe environment.

Hi, I'm Cathy, a French national originally from Marseille, now based in Wales since 1996.

My 30+ years of experience in the cultural sector (France, UK, and beyond) encompasses cinema, visual arts, music, theatre, and performance, providing a strong foundation for my work.

My Creative Work:

My artistic practice focuses on creating immersive, participatory experiences that explore belonging and connection. I aim to break down the barriers between performer and audience, fostering meaningful interaction and shared presence in immersive, accessible, sensory-rich environments. My work values diverse perspectives, encourages meaningful dialogue, challenges societal norms, and prioritises shared experience and collaborative participation.

I aim to create safe spaces for individual and collective exploration of belonging.

Supporting Creative Visions:

My professional experience includes 30 + years assistant directing, project management, production managing, artist coordination, producing, and touring for numerous organisations and artists.

Accessibility & Inclusion:

Since 2020, I've specialized in improving access and inclusion across the arts, ensuring genuine equal access and full participation for Deaf, disabled, and neurodiverse individuals. My work in this area is informed by my lived experience of disability and a deep commitment to equity and justice in the creative sector.
